LOCAL RULES
Ground Under Repair: gravel drains, staked trees, flower beds, areas marked by white paint.
Nearest relief plus one club length no closer to hole.
Out of Bounds: River and Boundary fences.
Movable Obstructions: Wire mesh and black plastic covers around trees. For relief move the obstruction.
Immovable Obstruction: Culvert on #9 South, Roads and Pathways with artificial surfaces. Nearest relief plus one club length no closer to hole. Wooden Ties on Ponds on Woods Nine.  All Railway Ties.
Ponds: The margins of ponds are defined by the inside edges of the railway ties and/or wooden posts.
Water Hazards - yellow stakes. Lateral Water Hazards - red stakes. For relief see Rule 26.

Distance Measuring Devices: For all play at this course, players are permitted to obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only.  Devices that gauge or measure other conditions that might affect play (i.e. - wind speed, gradient, temp., etc.) are not permitted and would be a breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are used.
Green Post in the Front of Greens: Do not cross the posts with pull carts or motorized carts.
